Deleting your account

Your account will be deleted in 7 days. Until then it works as normal, and you can cancel from the banner at the top of any page.

When it is deleted, your name, email address, phone number, photo and any drill notes written by you or about you are erased, you leave every organization, and you can no longer sign in. This cannot be undone.

Your training stays, without your name on it. What is kept with it is your year of birth, your gender, and your height and weight rounded to the nearest 10 cm and 10 kg.

Sign in with the email address and password you use for the app.

Switching it off instead

Switching off keeps your account and your training exactly as they are. You leave every organization and can't sign in to the app or the Portal until you turn it back on, which you do by signing in here. Your organizations do not come back: a coach will need to invite you again.

If you can't sign in

Write to support@aristraining.com from the email address on your account and ask for it to be deleted. We'll check that the request is really from you, then delete it the same way.
